Thankfully dreams sometimes mean nothing. If so I would be 8 months pregnant at age 47… I am not able to have kids nor is my husband, we were both fixed many years ago. So honestly sometimes it could just be a show you watched on tv influencing your dreams or something you read. If you have a happy marriage do not worry.

I agree with “It’s another boy” on some level. It is your subconsious making up the dreams based on your feelings even ones you may not know you have. But I do disagree that it’s “NOT” insecurity. It can be a number of things and insecurity is definately one of them. I’ve had horrible dreams before about the same stuff as this one and I know what you mean that it feels so real I was actually mad at my fiance lol. But it can be that you’re insecure about yourself, or your co worker, could be playing out a fear of your husband cheating on you, it could mean that you on some level desire your coworker and husband being together with you (depending on what the feelings were when you woke up), or it could just be something you were thinking about or not thinking about that your subconsious pulled from somewhere. I wouldn’t worry about it too much though sometimes it helps to share with your husband. I always tell my fiance my dreams and it helps to get them out there. Don’t worry too much about it it was just a dream =)
